Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls, patient check-ins, and appointments.
• Create patient profiles and ensure accurate documentation.
• Schedule appointments and assist with intake procedures.
• Escort patients to designated areas and assist practitioners.
• Manage office supplies and administrative tasks.
• Maintain communication with team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical scheduling preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage regulations.
• Ability to multitask and operate office equipment.
• High school diploma required.

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• Location: Maplewood - On-site work.
• Pay: $18-20/hr, with potential for annual bonus.
